Focal point and centre of the complex is the listed building Wappenhalle. Up to 1992, the Wappenhalle formed the centrepiece of Munich’s Riem airport, and served as reception building for millions of people. After extensive renovation works with a lot of attention to detail, it is now used as a venue for events of all kinds. Today, the Wappenhalle is ringed with ten self-sufficient office buildings, making the venue one of the most exceptional pieces of real estate at the new exhibition centre in Munich. Among our clients are well known names like Sony Ericsson, Burda, Mercedes-Bank, and Tata Services.

This building offers office suites from 14 m² right up to entire floors. Available are 80 fully equipped, highly flexible single, and multi space offices, which can be arranged according to the amount of required work spaces. Usage of the sophisticated building infrastructure, e.g. the reception area, conference rooms, etc. is included in the price.
